The MikroTik CSS610-8G-2S+IN is a compact 10-port Layer 2 managed switch at USD 99.00 — 8× GbE and 2× SFP+ 10G ports managed via SwOS, in a passively cooled 175 × 110 × 28 mm enclosure deployable on a desktop or in a 1U rack with SFP+ ports facing rear.
**88E6393X switch chip — 20 Gbps full-duplex**
The Marvell 88E6393X switch chip drives all 10 ports at line rate — 20 Gbps full-duplex switching capacity with no oversubscription on GbE ports. Two SFP+ 10G cages connect upstream to core switches, routers, or NAS devices at 10G. The same switch chip used in the RB5009UG+S+IN and CCR2004-16G-2S+ — consistent VLAN, trunk, and spanning tree behaviour across the MikroTik product line.
**SwOS — web-managed Layer 2**
SwOS provides VLAN, port isolation, port mirroring, trunk groups, spanning tree (STP/RSTP), bandwidth limiting, and per-port statistics via a browser-based interface — no CLI required for standard configuration. RouterOS is not installed and is not available on this device.
**PoE-in on Ether1 — flexible power sourcing**
Powers from DC jack (24–57V) or 802.3af/at PoE-in on Ether1 — deployable without a separate power adapter when a PoE uplink is available. 7.5W max without attachments.
**Non-PoE variant — CSS610-8P-2S+IN**
The CSS610-8G-2S+IN has no PoE output. For deployments requiring PoE output to APs, cameras, or IP phones, use the CSS610-8P-2S+IN (8× PoE-out ports, same SFP+ uplinks).
