TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR TRAINING
1. General Information
- Training sessions must be at least three days long.
- Each participant will receive a complimentary MikroTik L4 license.
- Certification tests are offered only after completing a training course supervised by a certified MikroTik Training Partner.
- Remote training sessions and certification exams are strictly prohibited.
2. Certification Test Details
- Certification tests include multiple-choice or true/false questions drawn randomly from various categories with defined difficulty levels.
- MTCNA tests focus on foundational questions, while advanced certifications feature more complex questions.
- Key test details:
- One attempt per test.
- Duration: 1 hour.
- Passing score: 60% (25 questions total).
- Certificates are valid for three years.
3. Certificates and Licensing
- Certificates and RouterOS L4 licenses are automatically assigned by MikroTik.
- Participants can access certificates and generate license keys via their MikroTik account.
- Physical certificates are available for $30 USD (excluding shipping fees).
4. Training Benefits and Requirements
- Each participant receives a free RouterBOARD hAP-ac-lite.
- Attendees should bring the following:
- Laptop.
- Power extension strip (minimum 10ft/3m) with multiple sockets.
- Long Ethernet cable (16ft/5m or longer).
- Several short Ethernet cables.
5. Cost and Payment
- Early Bird Pricing: $850 (up to 15 days before the session).
- Standard Pricing: $1050 (after the Early Bird period).
- The price includes:
- Class attendance.
- Course materials.
- Coffee breaks and lunch (for local, in-person training).
- Travel and accommodation costs are not included.
- Seating is limited to four students per session, and reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received.
6. Consultant Opportunities
- Eligibility requirements:
- MTCNA certification with a score of 75% or higher.
- At least one advanced MikroTik certification (e.g., MTCRE, MTCWE) with a score of 75% or higher.
- Consultants must actively engage in MikroTik Forums, MUM events, and RouterOS case studies or workshops.
- Submit applications with your MikroTik account name and areas of expertise.
7. Agreement and Changes
- Purchasing a training course signifies agreement to these terms.
- WNT reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
- Additional terms may apply to specific training courses and take precedence in case of conflict.
8. New User Registration
- Registrants must provide valid identification, matching the name on the payment method used.
- User data is stored securely in compliance with privacy laws.
- New users may receive updates, newsletters, or promotional offers (opt-out options available).
- Misuse or suspicious activity may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Account Inactivity Policy
- Newly Registered Accounts: Automatically suspended after three months of inactivity.
- Accounts with Purchase History: Automatically suspended after six months of inactivity.
- Reactivation Process: Email support@wirelessnetware.ca with account details to request reactivation.
10. Privacy Policy

11. Electronic Communications
- Interactions with WNT via the site or email are considered electronic communications.
- Users consent to receive notifications electronically, meeting legal communication requirements.
- WNT does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13. Parental consent is required for users under 18.
12. Third-Party Sites and Services
- Links to external websites ("Linked Sites") are provided for convenience and are not controlled by WNT.
- WNT operates independently as a certified MikroTik training partner.
13. Training Class Enrollment and Payment
- Full payment is required at registration, processed through PayPal or other accepted methods.
- Confirmation and instructions are provided after successful registration.
14. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations:
- Up to 10 days before the start date: Refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
- Within 10 days: No refund.
- Requests must be emailed to support@wirelessnetware.ca.
- WNT Course Cancellations: Full refunds provided if WNT cancels a course.
15. Confidentiality
- Client information is treated as confidential and disclosed only on a need-to-know basis.
- Marketing use of client names, logos, and services requires prior consent.
16. Liability Disclaimer
- All content and services are provided "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy or reliability.
- WNT is not liable for damages resulting from site or service use.
