Wireless Netware Technology – Terms and Conditions of Use for Training

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in training courses provided by Wireless Netware Technology (“WNT”), a certified MikroTik Training Partner. By registering and attending any training course, you agree to the following:


1. General Information

  • Training sessions must be a minimum of three (3) days in length.

  • Each participant will receive a complimentary MikroTik RouterOS L4 license.

  • Certification tests are offered only after completing a training course supervised by a certified MikroTik Training Partner.

  • Remote training sessions and certification exams are not permitted under MikroTik rules.


2. Certification Test Details

  • Certification exams consist of multiple-choice and true/false questions, selected randomly from various categories and difficulty levels.

  • MTCNA focuses on foundational knowledge; advanced certifications (e.g., MTCRE, MTCWE) require deeper technical knowledge.

  • Exam Rules:

    • One attempt per test.

    • Duration: 1 hour.

    • Passing score: 60% (25 questions total).

  • Certificates are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.


3. Certificates and Licensing

  • Certificates and RouterOS L4 licenses are automatically assigned through MikroTik’s system.

  • Participants can access certificates and generate license keys via their MikroTik account.

  • Physical certificates are available upon request for $30 USD (plus applicable shipping fees).


4. Training Benefits and Requirements

  • Each participant receives a complimentary RouterBOARD hAP-ac-lite.

  • Attendees must bring:

    • A laptop.

    • Power extension strip (min. 10ft/3m) with multiple outlets.

    • One long Ethernet cable (16ft/5m or longer).

    • Several short Ethernet cables.


5. Cost and Payment

  • Early Bird Pricing: $850 USD (registration at least 15 days before session).

  • Standard Pricing: $1050 USD (after Early Bird period).

  • Training fees include:

    • Class attendance.

    • Course materials.

    • Coffee breaks and lunch (for in-person training only).

  • Not Included: Travel, accommodation, or related expenses.

  • Class size is limited to four (4) students per session.

  • Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received.


6. Payment Terms

  • Immediate Payment Required: All training courses must be paid in full at the time of registration.

  • No Term Payments: WNT does not offer Net 30, Net 60, or other deferred payment terms under its standard policy.

  • B2B Arrangements: Business clients seeking alternative payment options (e.g., extended terms, structured agreements) may contact WNT directly. Any such arrangements will be reviewed individually and must comply with Ontario law.

  • Accepted payment methods include PayPal and other approved processors.


7. Consultant Opportunities

To qualify for consultant opportunities with WNT:

  • Hold an MTCNA certification with a score of 75% or higher.

  • Hold at least one advanced MikroTik certification (e.g., MTCRE, MTCWE) with a score of 75% or higher.

  • Actively participate in MikroTik Forums, MUM events, or RouterOS workshops.

  • Submit an application including your MikroTik account name and areas of expertise.


8. Agreement and Changes

  • Registering for a training course constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

  • WNT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.

  • Additional terms may apply to specific training courses and will take precedence in the event of a conflict.


9. New User Registration

  • Registrants must provide valid identification matching the payment method used.

  • User data is stored securely in compliance with privacy laws.

  • New users may receive updates, newsletters, or promotional offers (opt-out available).

  • Misuse or suspicious activity may result in account suspension or termination.


10. Account Inactivity Policy

  • New Accounts (no purchases): Suspended after 3 months of inactivity.

  • Accounts with Purchases: Suspended after 6 months of inactivity.

  • Reactivation: Email support@wirelessnetware.ca with account details.


11. Privacy Policy

Use of this site and services is subject to the WNT Privacy Policy, available at:

12. Electronic Communications

  • Communications with WNT via the website or email are considered electronic communications.

  • Users consent to receive notifications electronically, satisfying legal communication requirements.

  • WNT does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13. Users under 18 require parental/guardian consent.


13. Third-Party Sites and Services

  • Links to external websites (“Linked Sites”) are provided for convenience only and are not under WNT’s control.

  • WNT operates independently as a certified MikroTik Training Partner.


14. Training Class Enrollment and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration.

  • Payment is processed via PayPal or other accepted methods.

  • Registration confirmation and course instructions are provided upon successful payment.


15. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by Participant:

    • Up to 10 days before the start date: Refund minus $100 administrative fee.

    • Within 10 days of the start date: No refund.

  • Cancellations by WNT:

    • If WNT cancels a course, a full refund will be issued.

  • All cancellation requests must be sent to support@wirelessnetware.ca.


16. Confidentiality

  • Client information is treated as confidential and disclosed only on a need-to-know basis.

  • Use of client names, logos, or references for marketing requires prior written consent.


17. Liability Disclaimer

  • All content, training, and services are provided “as-is” without warranties or guarantees of accuracy.

  • WNT is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in training or use of services.
