The AL73400 is the most powerful CPU in this session — 16 cores at 2,000 MHz with 16 GB DDR4 RAM. MikroTik benchmarks it as trading blows with the 72-core Tile CPU of the CCR1072. WireGuard VPN, IPsec, BGP full internet table (900,000+ routes), and RouterOS containers all run simultaneously with headroom to spare.
**Marvell Prestera Aldrin2 98DX8525 — L3 hardware offloading + 4× 25G CPU lines**
