The MikroTik XQ+CM0000-XS+ is a QSFP28 to SFP28 form-factor converter — a passive adapter that allows any SFP / SFP+ / SFP28 module (1G / 10G / 25G) to be inserted into a QSFP28 100G/40G port, enabling the use of existing SFP28 transceivers and DAC cables in QSFP28 port-equipped switches without a separate SFP28 switch layer.
