The MikroTik netPower 15FR is a cost-effective outdoor switch designed as part of the GPEN concept, providing fiber-speed networking using Ethernet. It features 15 reverse PoE Gigabit Ethernet ports, allowing it to draw power from connected devices, and 2 SFP ports for fiber connectivity. With a non-blocking throughput of 3.6 Gbps, switching capacity of 7.2 Gbps, and forwarding rate of 5.4 Mpps, it ensures reliable performance in diverse environments like attics, elevator shafts, or poles. Ethernet port 15 supports PoE-out for powering additional devices. Its durable enclosure and low-cost design make it an ideal choice for ISPs delivering high-speed internet to apartments.
