MikroTik KNOT Gateway LR8 connects sensors, meters and Bluetooth tags using BLE 5.1 and 868 MHz LoRa. Send data through Gigabit Ethernet, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or LTE Cat 1 bis. Its IP66 enclosure, GNSS positioning, Nano SIM and eSIM support suit warehouses, terminals and remote monitoring. RouterOS v7 supports scripting and MQTT or HTTP integration. Power it through 802.3af/at PoE-in or a 12–57 V terminal input.

MikroTik KNOT Gateway LR8 brings sensors, meters and tagged assets into an IoT network using BLE 5.1 and 868 MHz LoRa.
Long-range connectivity for your deployment
This version uses the SX1303 LoRa transceiver at 868 MHz and the EG800K-EU LTE modem.
Flexible backhaul and positioning
Use the Gigabit Ethernet port, 2.4 GHz 802.11b/g/n/ax Wi-Fi or LTE Cat 1 bis for backhaul. GNSS supports positioning. Nano SIM and eSIM support, including MikroTik Connectivity, provide cellular deployment options.
Local processing with RouterOS
RouterOS v7 with a level 4 licence supports local data filtering, scripts and MQTT or HTTP integration. Use sensor readings and Bluetooth broadcasts in your own monitoring dashboards and notification workflows.
Rugged enclosure and flexible power
The IP66 enclosure, surge protection and integrated antennas support deployment close to your devices. External antenna connectors are available for BLE and Sub-GHz. Power options include 18–57 V 802.3af/at PoE-in and a 12–57 V two-pin terminal.
