The NetMetal 5 is a high-performance 5GHz wireless device designed to withstand extreme conditions. Housed in a rugged, IP54-rated aluminum enclosure, it serves as an access point, backbone, or CPE, making it an excellent choice for various outdoor networking needs.

Equipped with a 720MHz CPU, 128MB RAM, and a Gigabit Ethernet port, the NetMetal 5 offers robust performance and high-speed connectivity. Its dual-chain 802.11ac wireless capabilities ensure reliable, high-speed data transfer, while the miniPCI-e slot and SIM card slot provide flexibility for adding 3G/4G devices or extra wireless cards. External RP-SMA connectors allow the use of custom antennas for extended range and coverage.
