The Synoxx 400G QSFP-DD FR4 optical transceiver is designed for high-speed data communication over single-mode fiber (SMF). Utilizing PAM4 modulation, it delivers 400Gbps data rates by converting 8 electrical lanes into 4 CWDM optical wavelengths.
The module supports transmission distances up to 2km over SMF and uses a duplex LC optical interface. It operates on CWDM wavelengths of 1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, and 1331nm, compliant with QSFP-DD MSA and IEEE 802.3bs standards, supporting 400GAUI-8 electrical interface.
This hot-pluggable module includes Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) via I2C interface for real-time tracking of temperature, voltage, bias current, and optical power. With power consumption below 10W and DSP-based design, it ensures reliable performance for data center and high-speed Ethernet applications.
Host FEC is required for operation up to 2km transmission distance.
