Default password rollout
To comply with upcoming regulations that ask for better security on networking devices, we are starting to roll out default passwords in our hardware. You may be already seeing a default password on some of the devices you receive. The password is written on the sticker that is on the device itself (Note: some devices have the sticker hidden, like the hAP ax3, which has a slide-out drawer, where the sticker is placed) and also on the sticker that is located on the device packaging. You can also find the password in your distributor account, in case your customer has lost or damaged the sticker. In time, we plan to have a default password on all devices, but the roll out will happen slowly.
